• Schedule and manage appointments in the EHR; ensure timely access to care.
• Provide courteous patient service via phone, text, and live chat.
• Remind patients of appointment details and reschedule as needed.
• Maintain calmness and follow procedures during patient crises.
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in team meetings.
• Navigate patient charts to locate requested information.
