The MOA will handle referrals, collect co-pays, verify insurance, and support call center operations while maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience using Epic system preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors and assist with check-in/out processes.
• Process automated appointment scheduling and patient registration.
• Assist with referrals and call center duties.
• Collect co-pays and verify insurance information.
• Enter patient information into medical records and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships with administrative and clinical teams.
