Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of outpatient scheduling experience, including interaction with patients and physicians.
• Or three years of external outpatient scheduling experience.
• Or Associate Degree and one year of experience.
• Or Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the activities and flow of patient access.
• Develop, implement and oversee appointment-utilization programs.
• Coordinate activities and resolve operational problems.
• Adjust schedules for employees, patients and physicians.
• Audit day sheets and update statistics in the computer data bank.
• Produce reports as needed.
