Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in a medical front desk or outpatient clinic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility, collect copays or balances.
• Manage EMR scheduling and patient documentation.
• Support clinic flow alongside providers and staff.
• Answer billing questions and handle referrals and updates.
• Maintain accurate patient records and de-escalate concerns with professionalism.
