The role emphasizes professional patient interactions, multitasking across phones, scheduling, and EMR documentation, and collaboration with providers and clinical staff to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Prior front desk or healthcare scheduling experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to serve diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out with professionalism.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and update EMR entries.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays/balances.
• Support clinic flow and coordinate with providers and staff.
• Address patient questions on scheduling, billing, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document scanning.
