The role requires a High School diploma and about 1 year of scheduling/registration experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The team supports diverse patient populations across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• 1 year experience in scheduling and registration.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Processes appointment requests for all types of outpatient appointments for new and established patients.
• Obtains patient consents.
• Performs registration of patients.
• Completes verification of insurance prior to patient arrival for services.
• Identifies uninsured patients to perform financial counseling.
• Assists with completing applications for external sources.
