The role requires a High School diploma and about 1 year of scheduling/registration experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The team supports diverse patient populations across the U.S. and Canada.

The Patient Access Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing various patient registration, scheduling, and admission functions to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience at Shriners Hospitals for Children.
