Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and schedule appointments.
• Register patients and collect demographic and insurance information.
• Verify patient insurance at the time of service and educate on the patient portal.
• Enter patient data into the electronic health record and maintain records.
• Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and route inquiries.
• Collect payments and coordinate with the financial counselor as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and support clinic policies.
