Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate complex follow-up appointments across multiple clinics.
• Perform scheduling across multidisciplinary and ancillary clinics with resource alignment.
• Manage referral authorization and insurance knowledge.
• Communicate with patients and care teams; maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Oversee template management and strategic overbooking.
