Qualifications

• Experience in medical or behavioral health office is desired.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and follow the Visitor Sign-in Policy.
• Answer phones professionally and transfer calls as needed.
• Explain intake process and collect insurance information.
• Check in consumers, collect fees, and print receipts.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments for clinicians.
