Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient services at the clinic or site, including registration, scheduling, and admissions/discharges.
• Verify insurance details and obtain pre-certifications as needed.
• Communicate with payors and providers to ensure timely authorization and documentation.
• Greet patients, answer phones, and perform front office tasks such as filing and record keeping.
• Collect co-pays and post payments; prepare patient estimates and receipts.
