Qualifications

• Experience in medical or behavioral health office is desired.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and follow Visitor Sign-in Policy.
• Answer phones professionally and transfer calls as needed.
• Explain intake and collect required information and insurance details.
• Check-in consumers for appointments and print receipts.
• Schedule, reschedule and print future appointments as needed.
• Enter and log documents into the chart and system.
