Job summary

Alomere Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative to support patient scheduling, registration, and front-desk functions. You will manage check-ins/outs, verify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient records using EPIC software.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new protocols.
• Ability to support patient registration, check-in and check-out processes.
• Excellent communication and accuracy in handling patient information.

Responsibilities

• Register new patients and verify demographic and insurance details.
• Check patients in/out, collect copays and ensure smooth workflow.
• Schedule appointments and manage scheduling for lab and imaging; use EPIC messaging.
