You will gather demographic and insurance details, communicate preparation and arrival instructions, and coordinate with provider offices and internal teams to support care readiness while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling, patient access, or customer service operations preferred.
• Must be 19 years of age to witness legal consents.

Responsabilités

• Schedule outpatient, inpatient, and procedure appointments based on provider orders and patient preferences.
• Collect and enter accurate demographic, insurance, and appointment information into electronic systems.
• Communicate preparation instructions, arrival details, and follow-up information to patients or representatives.
• Receive and process referrals and physician orders through phone, fax, or electronic workflows.
• Coordinate with provider offices and departments to resolve missing or incomplete scheduling information.
• Respond to inbound and outbound calls, messages, and inquiries using approved communication tools.
• Support preregistration activities, including outbound calls and verbal consent as applicable.
