Job summary

Bryan Health in Lincoln, NE is seeking a senior coordinator to oversee Scheduling, Pre-Registration, Insurance Verification, Authorization, Pre-Certification, and Patient Financial Counseling services. You will partner with administration, clinical leaders and physician offices to ensure non-care pre-arrival services run smoothly for patient and physician satisfaction.

You will develop departmental policies, manage staffing, budgets and performance, and drive efficiency through collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years supervising or managing employees.
• Clinical or medical procedure scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience in registration and revenue cycle operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all phases of the Patient Service Center operations.
• Oversees HR, communication, staff competency, budgeting and compliance.
• Develops and enforces departmental policies and procedures.
• Leads Scheduling and Patient Service Center leadership to ensure efficiency.
• Sets staffing models to maximize satisfaction and throughput.
• Collaborates with system leaders to drive efficiency across responsibilities.
• Ensures enterprise scheduling system is leveraged and utilized.
• Monitors workload reports and staff productivity.
• Develops procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participates in meetings and projects as assigned.
