• Schedules medical provider appointments via electronic medical records system.
• Schedules appropriately based upon clinical protocols, availability and payor source.
• Manages appointment requests from both phone calls (inbound and outbound) and electronic requests.
• Directs patients to the best option for medical care within the Norton Healthcare system.
