Qualifications

• 1-3 years in contact center/front-desk medical office preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments for AMG practices.
• Perform patient registration and verify insurance eligibility.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and insurance data.
• Promote patient portal usage and assist with registrations.
• Escalate issues to supervisor as needed.
