Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; some postsecondary coursework preferred.
• Experience: Two years in hospital access, billing and collections or related setting.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate clearly with patients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Record and generate information for the patient revenue process.
• Review and resolve AR with payors and vendors; assist with denials and follow-up.
• Maintain registration and update patient and billing information as needed.
• Monitor claim status and respond to payor requests and guidelines.
• Support multiple books of business with claim edits and write-offs.
• Help achieve cash collections targets and maintain timely filing.
