Novant Health is seeking a friendly, organized front desk professional to support patient registration and billing processes in our Mooresville, NC clinic.

You will use EPIC to verify demographics, schedule appointments, and assist with insurance reverification and cash posting, contributing to a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of clerical experience in a medical office required.
• Knowledge of medical office software and EPIC systems.
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and handle front desk and registration, verify demographics and insurance, collect copays.
• Manage patient flow with check-in/check-out, reschedule appointments and reverification.
• Support revenue cycle tasks: charge review, follow-up, denial correction with providers and coders.
• Provide general clerical support: answer phones, file records, and coordinate office tasks.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a patient-centered, professional environment.
