Job summary

Baptist Oakleaf is hiring a Patient Access Representative II to join our Patient access team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a PRN opportunity and supports front desk operations with patient check-in and registration duties.

Responsibilities include accurate patient registration, using multiple systems, and cross-training to work in multiple patient access areas while maintaining service excellence for face-to-face and telephonic encounters.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Customer Service Experience.
• 1-2 years Healthcare experience.
• 1-2 years Insurance experience.

• Maintains patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
