Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract Medical Office Assistant to join our Pleasanton, CA team. You will check patients in and out for appointments, answer calls to address inquiries, and schedule visits.

You will document insurance and demographic information, enter patient data, and handle various clerical tasks while communicating essential details to medical staff. The role emphasizes strong customer service, schedule flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency department

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
