Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract healthcare customer service professional to join our fully remote team. The role processes orders and accounts in the standard work queue, reviews daily work, and completes Patient Access tasks following established workflows.

You will maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Applicants should have 2+ years in Patient Access or related areas and be capable of independent remote work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Patient Access, Patient Registration, Healthcare Customer Service, Scheduling, Insurance Verification, or Revenue Cycle support.
• Strong computer, data entry, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
