Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK seeks a daytime Patient Access Representative (PAR) PRN to support patient registration, scheduling, and billing. You will handle phone inquiries, greet patients, and coordinate with clinical staff.

The role requires at least one year of front-desk experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong MS Office skills. Epic experience is preferred to streamline patient flow and ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare front-desk or administrative role.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Preferred: 3 years’ experience and Epic experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage communications.
• Provide support functions to daily operations in the department.
• Provide patient registration and billing, schedule clinic visits for the professional staff.
• Perform secretarial services such as answering the phone, greeting patients/visitors, recording meeting minutes, maintaining files/charts, and computerized database.
