Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Tulsa, OK seeks a Patient Access Representative for day shift and PRN coverage. You will handle patient registration, scheduling, billing support, and front-desk duties in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Epic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage communications for the department.
• Provide support functions to daily operations in the department.
• Provide patient registration and billing, schedule clinic visits for professional staff, and perform secretarial duties such as answering phones, greeting patients/visitors, recording minutes, maintaining files/charts, and managing computerized databases.
