Hillcrest HealthCare System in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Day Shift, full-time Patient Access Representative to support patient flow and billing processes. You will organize communications, register patients, schedule visits, and perform secretarial tasks in a busy outpatient setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and solid proficiency with Microsoft Office. Epic experience is a plus and healthcare sensitivity is valued as you help deliver

Qualificações

• Intermediate knowledge and competency in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook)

Responsabilidades

• Organize and manage communications.
• Provide support functions to daily operations in the department.
• Provide patient registration and billing, schedule clinic visits for the professional staff, perform secretarial services such as answering the phone, greeting patients/visitors, recording meeting minutes, maintaining files/charts, and computerized database.
