Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Day shift, full-time Patient Access Representative in Tulsa, OK to organize and manage communications, handle patient registration and billing, and schedule clinic visits for the professional staff.

You will provide secretarial support, answer phones, greet patients and visitors, maintain files and charts, and operate the department's computerized database, contributing to a smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in patient access or related clerical roles.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
