Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare front-desk or administrative role.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Preferred: 3 years’ experience and Epic experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage communications.
• Provide support functions to daily operations in the department.
• Provide patient registration and billing, schedule clinic visits for the professional staff.
• Perform secretarial services such as answering the phone, greeting patients/visitors, recording meeting minutes, maintaining files/charts, and computerized database.
