Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a Patient Service Representative (PSR) for a per diem, part-time role in Revenue Cycle. Morning shifts are required (5:30am–5:00pm), with a minimum of 32 hours per month and option to add shifts as needed.

You’ll be the first impression for patients, collecting demographics, insurance details and co-pays while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong customer service and communication skills, and familiarity with EPIC EMR
