Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be the first point of contact for patients in the Enterprise Revenue Cycle – Sheboygan County. This full-time role (36 hours/week) focuses on accurate data capture, insurance verification, and patient financial responsibility.

You will greet patients, check in, collect co-pays, verify demographics and insurance, and coordinate with Financial Advocates while maintaining HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Healthcare/registration experience preferred.
• Ability to handle fast-paced workload and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect complete demographic, guarantor, and insurance information.
• Collect co-pays and explain patient financial responsibilities.
• Discuss financial information and refer to Financial Advocates when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
