Qualifications

• Experience in patient access, insurance verification, or medical billing preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage patient flow for efficient service.
• Complete registration and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Explain benefits and collect out-of-pocket amounts.
• Refer any financial assistance needs to Financial Counselor.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and payer requirements.
• Support a courteous, productive patient experience.
