Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview patients or authorized representatives to gather demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and required authorizations.
• Enter and retrieve patient data using computerized systems.
• Communicate clearly with patients across life stages.
• Support Admitting department operations, including reception, PBX functions, and special assignments.
