Job summary

• Post and reconcile daily incoming payments and adjust balances in hospital systems.
• Analyze insurance payments and contracts to ensure accurate reimbursement.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Distribute billing, manage hospital mail, and correct mailing issues.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff about accounts.
