• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, EMTALA, and other regulations and signatures as required.
• Schedules appointments and provides test prep and arrival instructions.
• Greets patients, answers calls, and assists with transportation and special needs.
• Monitors EHR work queues and follows department processes.
