Job summary

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, EMTALA, and privacy notices.
• Schedule appointments and provide test prep and arrival guidance.
• Maintain professional, welcoming environment and strong customer service.
• Handle inquiries, coordinate transportation, and assist with interpreters.
• Operate EHR queues and support department processes.
