Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a full-time float Patient Access Representative (1.0 FTE) to manage the registration of clinic patients, admissions, ER visits, and outpatient testing or procedures. You will interview incoming patients and enter admission information into the computer system, answer calls, and coordinate referrals to support quality patient flow.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with PC-based hardware and software programs.
• Ability to interview patients and collect admission information.

Responsabilidades

• Arrange registration of clinic patients, admissions of inpatients, ER visits, and outpatient testing/procedures.
• Interview incoming patients and enter admission information into the computer system.
• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to patients.
• Coordinate and process patient referrals.
