Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Patient Registration – Customer Service Representative in Wisconsin to assist patients with hospital check-in and answer questions with compassion. No healthcare experience is required; training will be provided.

You will gather accurate information while managing multiple screens and coordinating with clinicians in a busy environment. Responsibilities include phone and in-person inquiries, data entry, and supporting staff during patient registrations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Vaccinations up to date, drug test and background check prior to hire.
• Experience in healthcare not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Utilize computer systems to register patients and answer inquiries.
• Greet patients and visitors; collect and verify insurance and demographic information.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow during registration.
• Maintain accurate data entry across multiple programs and screens.
• Support practice with new procedures and duties as needed.
