Job summary

AdventHealth in Rockledge, FL is seeking a Full-Time Patient Service Associate to register patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and support scheduling. You will interact with families, document accurately, and assist the care team in delivering a positive patient experience.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills, with preferred pediatric experience and CPR certification. Day shift with weekend availability offered.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent is required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Prior pediatric experience for Kids Urgent Care Centers is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographic, insurance, and employment information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain up-front payments as needed.
• Support scheduling and answer patient questions to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate medical records and document interactions per policy.
