Job summary

The Surgical Clinic (TSC) in Mt. Juliet, TN is hiring a Registration Coordinator to support medical office operations, including patient check-in/out, insurance verification, and scheduling.

You will manage EMR data entry, collect co-pays, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate with multiple clinics. Excellent customer service and attention to detail are essential; some travel to other clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of professional office experience required.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, email; familiarity with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and payments.
• Answer phones, greet patients, route messages to appropriate departments.
• Enter patient data into PM/EMR and ensure accurate records.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Handle daily deposits and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Travel to other clinics as needed.
