Rochester Regional Health is seeking an Access Associate for Orthopedic Associates—Ridgeway Avenue in Rochester, MN. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients and guiding them through check-in and appointments.

Responsibilities include registration and insurance verification, scheduling, and collecting payments. The role requires a friendly demeanor, solid customer service, and basic computer skills with morning to afternoon shifts available.

Formación

• 2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service: Manage incoming calls, greeting patients, providing information, and scheduling appointments.
• Registration & Verification: Complete the registration process for patients; verify insurance eligibility/coverage and obtain precertification/authorization when applicable.
• Billing & Payments: Collect and process payments when applicable.
