Responsibilities

• Customer Service. Manage incoming calls and greet patients, provide information, and schedule appointments.
• Registration & Verification. Complete patient registration and verify insurance eligibility/coverage; obtain precertification/authorization when applicable.
• Billing & Payments. Collect and process payments as applicable.
