Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones; schedule patient appointments.
• Scan patient documents, type correspondence, reports, memos and forms; transcribe notes as needed.
• Prepare cash receipts for transport to the appropriate department.
• Sort and distribute mail; process forms sent to the clinic.
• Maintain current demographics and guarantor information.
• Keep equipment and supplies needed for duties stocked and functional.
• Adhere to Corporate Policies, JCAHO, Rural Health, and departmental procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and accountability.
• Fill in during co-worker absences and cover other areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
