• Schedule procedures based on physician availability and staffing needs.
• Pre-register patients by collecting accurate demographic information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Collect and record patient financial responsibility estimates.
• Communicate daily operative reports to physician offices.
• Compile and organize registration documentation for patient records.
• Collect co-pays/deductibles and explain financial obligations.
• Explain insurance requirements and resolve related questions.
• Document signs for consent when patient cannot sign.
