Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients by phone and in person to collect demographic and insurance information.
• Coordinates the registration process to ensure welcoming patient experience.
• Verifies referral/authorization data and matches scheduling with orders.
• Scans insurance cards and documents accurately.
• Secures signatures for timely reimbursement and collects financial estimates.
