• Review insurance plans, benefits, and coverage limitations to explain patients' financial responsibilities.
• Handle complex registration processes including pre-authorizations and coordination of benefits.
• Support junior staff by answering questions and guiding when to escalate issues.
• Assist in resolving registration-related issues such as duplicate medical records, working with other departments.
