Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous professional office experience and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and greet patients courteously and efficiently.
• Handle check-in and some check-out procedures.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information in EHR/PMS.
• Collect co-pays/payments and schedule internal appointments.
• Enter documents into PM/EHR and maintain confidentiality.
