Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers the telephones and greets patients courteously.
• Follows policy and procedures to standardize processes across clinics.
• Conducts patient check-in and enters data into PM/EHR.
• Tracks patients in EHR and ensures no one is missed.
• Collects demographics, insurance info, and payments.
• Scans documents into Electronic Health Record.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to policies.
• Occasional travel to other clinics as needed.
