Responsibilities

• Answers the telephones and greets patients in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Follows policy and procedures outlined by management to ensure standardized processes across clinics.
• Conducts patient check-in and proper documentation.
• Tracks patients in EMR/PM for next location and ensures no one is missed.
• Obtains demographic and insurance information and enters into PM/EMR.
• Collects co-pays/payments and manages end-of-day deposits.
• Schedules internal patient appointments and walk-ins; supports nurse triage.
• Maintains confidentiality and complies with HIPAA standards.
• Traveling to clinics as needed for business requirements.
