Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Check-in patients and document in EHR/PM system.
• Collect co-pays and process end-of-day deposits; manage daily cash handling.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies.
