Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED upon hire.
• 1-3 years relevant customer service experience, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across assigned access points with accurate demographics and insurance information.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documents to support registration, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Explain patient financial responsibilities and collect payments at the time of service as appropriate.
• Schedule and adjust patient appointments to support timely access to care.
• Identify and escalate routine discrepancies in registration, insurance, or encounters.
• Provide patient-facing support via telephone and other approved channels and document interactions.
