Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required at hire.
• 1-3 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Healthcare patient access experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across assigned access points with accurate demographics and insurance verification.
• Scan and index patient documents to support workflows.
• Explain patient financial responsibilities and collect payments when appropriate.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments to support timely access.
• Resolve routine registration and insurance discrepancies with established workflows.
• Provide patient phone support and document interactions.
